  " Dropping off was quick and easy with someone on hand to help, bus transfer again quick and easy, on the return the pick-up bay had been changed with no prior notification but a quick look along the busses and the airparks bus was located, unfortunately the key collection machine was not working properly so it took several attempts to retrieve the key but even this could not spoil the overall experience will use again and recommend. "

  The vehicles are in a secure area and the transfer to Birmingham Airport was swift, about 15 minutes.
  Pick up wait time was again about 15mins and same journey back to the car park and car parked a few yards away. Competitive price. We use them every time and would recommend "
