  " My husband is crippled with arthritis so we booked airparks but unfortunately got lost on the morning of departure.
  Airparks kindly came to locate us and let us follow them to their designated car park allotment.
  Unfortunately due to expansion works the drop off point was still a 15-20 minute walk to check in which isn't great if a member of your party has mobility issues. "

• Long Stay
  " When I arrived at the car park, the ticket issued from your machine did not show my registration number. I had pre-booked in September and paid in full. In December we amended our car reg and printed out the confirmation.
  I contacted the control room via your assistance button by the barrier and had great difficulty in passing my registration number and booking reference to your operator as his english was not too good. I spelt them out several times (including phonetically) and it was a problem. He told me to take the ticket and enter and press the button again on my return to get out.
  On return, the lady was very good and found my details immediately, letting me out "

• TakeOff Luton Airport Meet & Greet
  " Parked the car relatively near to the airport entrance. We had a lot of luggage as we were going skiing. The car was repacked during our holiday. I have no idea where but the car had covered 12 miles in our absence. Whether it is parked somewhere secure or not is anyone's guess. I would not use this for a valuable car. Ours is an old wreck, so was fine. The staff are an odd bunch and it is slightly intimidating leaving the car with them. It was not made clear that the car would be taken off site when I booked. Next time I would park onsite and get the bus. "
