  " I have used Airparks a few times and find the process quick and easy and quite good value. On picking up my car this time it wasn't parked in the bay it was supposed to have been in but by the office with the seat right back and the heating and blower set to maximum. It would seem someone had used it to keep warm at night. Presumably there is heating available for the staff, they shouldn't be using customers cars like this. "

  Improvement could be made with the "finding key" system. It was difficult for the touchpad to recognise commands and frustration was beginning to set in before it finally recognises the request. "

If I was to make a suggestion, when the keys for the car are collected from the automated system - good by the way - a note to keep the bar code tag on the key to exit the gate would be helpful. I cannot recall if that was made clear in the instructions. Otherwise, top notch, will use again "
