  However I was really upset on pickup
  We boarded the transfer bus at about 11.25 on 11th Feb and there was a driver and parking attendant on board. The bus waited , as is expected, and passengers boarded. Your parking assistant got off the bus closed the terminal gate, reboarded and the buses doors were closed. We then sat there while driver and assistant chatted. A couple came to the now closed gate and it was obvious wanted to board the bus. The assistant indicated to them making it clear they could not board. We then sat there for about another minute before the bus left the terminal. There was no traffic stopping the bus from moving during all this time the assistant and driver were just chatting, not making any attempt to move the bus. The chatting continued for the whole journey back to the car park, which I would have thought was distracting for the driver. It did make me feel uncomfortable, as usually you are asked not to contact drivers while they are driving. I felt the service your personnel offered fell below an acceptable standard "

  " It worked really well, bus transfer took only 10-15 minutes and was ready and waiting at departure and arrival, staff were available on arrival to aid the process and we were able to depart the park in less than 5 minutes after the bus transfer arrived at the park. "

  Found it very easy type your reg, which lane number,return flight number put keys in letter box all done in less than 10 minutes. Hop on bus with no worries,return very happy too,
