• Terminal Car Park 1
  " The car park is a short, covered walk from the terminal building and being multi-storey there is no need to defrost the windscreen before driving away on a frosty night.
  The individual parking bays are reasonably spacious - we will definitely use this car park again.
  My only minor gripes are that you have to pass through an "unexpected" barrier before reaching the car park barrier itself and the direction signage is not very clear - not helped by the current building works at the airport. "

  " Found car park but as there was another car park on other side and that's where our sat nav wanted to take us was bit confusing but went into long stay and received ticket .
  On return it was dark with reflection in bus windows found difficult to see out and driver made no attempt to say bus stop number !!! . on leaving car park the ticket said we owed.00 and bar didn't not lift ,used buzzer and were told press stop to get ticket back, this didn't work and eventually her asked for our registration and said ok and lifted bar for us .
  We are not going people and I found this a bit scary , we have always used car park that flash up your registration when you drive through ( this is first time we have used Luton for years ) so you know you are in the correct car park and with no one there to as we felt unsure from the start.
  As we have used it now it would be fine to use again but the bus driver should be more helpful in the dark , especially as it make lots of stops before reaching the car park . "

  " Excellent meet and greet at Airpark Station just outside of Luton where the elderly gentlemen working for you was accommodating and secured my car under cover because of a leaking roof (convertible) and upon collecting vehicle when returned the car was ready and waiting.
  Excellent customer service which is why I use you quite often. "

  " I like your overall service, but this last time was quite disturbing that the heating was turned to max and the radio was on in the car when I started the engine, which means that someone has used the car for other than parking with it to its final spot. I was not happy about it at all. "
