  " Easy access to the site which is on my home side of Luton Airport, so arrival, picking up the bus and getting to the airport is simple. Arrival and picking up the return bus is now easier as it is conveniently at the exit of the airport arrival. I also like the new system for collecting my car keys (once I got used to it). Well done Airparks! "

  " The booking process was excellent. The checking in process worked very well. The transfers also worked well.
  However, the system for retrieving your keys on return was VERY POOR. It appeared that the system was not functioning as it should. There was a long queue to get to the machine to retrieve your keys and the system when you got there was not user friendly. I had to approach a member of staff in another building to assist, which he did but I presume that if we were having difficulty so would other customers. This part of the system needs to be reviewed to ensure better customer service with this part of your process. "

  " The speed in which it all happened. All be it I didn't realise I had to keep the first little receipt. So in the return I was floundering as to what I was to do. But the fella in reception took care of it quickly, and I got my car. I will use again and recommend airpark. Thank you. "
