  " The directions to the long term car park are abysmal, even my satnav got lost. The bus for the return sailed past my stop (7 Zone A) having stopped at each previous stop. I did not even see the stop in the darkness at 11pm, having returned to the airport the driver advised that my stop was by request only?? I was not impressed. "

  " My baggage got lost and my return was delayed for 2hrs, but I experienced no issues with car collection.
  Also we arrived a little earlier than expected too and there was no traffic. Only other thing I would ask the times of the buses were posted because the screen did not work, so I’d have waited in the car with the baby instead of outside for the bus. "

  " ShortRun give a superb service at Luton. No waiting either to go to or from Airport Drop of point. Prompt service, polite and efficient.
  Only problem, Drop of point at Luton seems to move further and further away from Terminal. About 7 minute walk with no cover for Rain. "

  " Closeness to the airport.
  Didn't like the fact that it's not signed/marked very well. Only time I was sure I was in the Mid Term Carpark was when I found it written on the bus stop. Couldn't see a large sign to tell me I was parked in the correct place. "
