  " When I arrived early in the morning to park the automated system didn't recognise my car registration or booking number. It was therefore entered manually by an attendant (copied from my confirmation email). When I arrived back to collect my car it wasn't ready because I'd 'arrived a day too early' - which obviously I hadn't. It took a while for my car to be delivered to me. The staff were sort of courteous - considering I was in the right and they were in the wrong. Then my ticket wasn't recognised at the barrier because the 'wrong date' was on it, thus holding up a queue behind me. The barrier was eventually lifted so I could proceed. "

  " (Having done this now a few times,it's much easier once you know what to do!). It's hassle free; someone is there who is always helpful - a big plus - enough machines so not hanging around; simple instructions. And QUICK.
  Easy to pick up car key and find car on return. All in all, very good. "

  " Everything was fine. Car park was easy to find and simple to work out how to use the automated arrival process. Bus to airport came as soon as we were ready; short journey time. On return, bus happened to be at the stand and we were back at the car park in no time. Automated key retrieval system was efficient. And all at a price about half that any on-airport provider was quoting. "
