  " It was good to see a member of your staff present at the vehicle check-in stage. A lady in front of me, her bar code wouldn't scan, so having a member of your staff there helped her - unfortunately it wouldn't scan for him either, so she had to go over to another office. My turn now, I asked what do I do and he done it all for me and that is what I like, customer service and I told him that he was very helpful, which I think he was pleased about. "

  " Excellent service all round, easy parking when we arrived, as my wife is disabled and uses a wheelchair, all members of staff were very helpful the coach drivers couldn’t do enough and made things very easy for us both, we will always use Airparks when in Luton as we visit our family in Germany, this was the 7th time we used Airparks and will continue to use your service.
