  " All was fine apart from the directions which we followed but which caused us to go through the ‘pick up drop’ area meaning we had to pay to get out into the multi storey car park lane.
  Either this needs to be explained in advance or the directions need to be more explicit. "

  " i accidentally booked the wrong weekend, and this wasn't picked up when checking in. however when we returned the car wasn't ready due to having the wrong dates so they had to collect it and bring it out. this was very efficient and we were not waiting too long. "
