  " Normally slick business to leave car and get on bus to airport. However, this time our booking was not recognised and we had to get the Admin Staff involved. Needless to say they offered complimentary parking - although we had paid. Perhaps this could be looked into......... "

  " Everything works fine, I have parked in this car park many times, and never had any issues, the service seem to be even improving within months, so I am very pleased with it. What I would suggest though is to put some vending machine with some (good!) coffee as you are not allowed to take one from the airport. "

  " I would use Airparks every time. It was easy to book and when I turned up the barrier opened and let me in with licence plate recognition. I was on a business trip and so needed it to be quick and easy. When I returned to the airport and after remembering what level I had parked the car on, again it was easy once I found my ticket. In future I will write the floor and bay number on the ticket before leaving. All in all a great experience thank you! "

  " A definite improvement with the clearly marked bus bay at the Luton airport. However, there is still room for improvement. It would be much better if the queueing was improved, for instance by providing some arrows as to which way the queue should build up? At the moment it is still that people block the exit from the bus, without queuening in an orderly fashion. "
