  " The car drop-off and collection worked well and it was very useful having personelle present to help. However, the journey from the airport back to the car park did not work well. We had to wait a long time for the bus in poor weather conditions, there was no organisation of the waiting queue with people just milling about and then pushing in and the bus was overcrowded with a press of people standing in the aisle. It would improve your service if you laid on more buses at peak times and had an employee organising the queue at the airport "

  " Ease of dropping off and being delivered right to the door of the airport. It would be helpful on the return journey if a barrier could be put up at the bus stop to organise the queue - as there appears to be at other stops. We were moved sideways to queue alongside the barrier by an official, but others joined at the side near the front and also joined as the queue moved onto the bus. The bus was busy so this could have caused a lot of ill feeling if there had not been room to get on. "
