  " Organisation of parking was great as usual, but the queuing at the aitport was chaotic as there are no markings on the paving where to queue, do people were pushing into the queue. This caused a few argumdnts. Airparks need to do something about this to stop aggression between customers at this point. "

  " Was close to the terminal which was good. The only mishap on our return was when we tried to exit the car park, inserted our ticket and the screen told we owed £232 for 4 days of prepaid parking. A call through using the intercom button, once I’d located it, got the barrier lifted. It looks as though this was because our number plate was read incorrectly as the ticket had an S printed when it is a 5. "

  " I would like feedback why after arriving at 4.20 checked in easily but couldn't get on the bus as it was full ,which I understand but 2 buses were waiting with the driver and we didnt get on the bus until gone 5 ,If it states 20 minutes on the website it should be 20 minutes ,especially at the time of day when there were no roadworks "
