  " Everything was fine except attitude of driver (tall, long white hair) on my return. Whilst mums with small kids and pushairs and cases struggled to cope, all he did was tell them where to put things - no offer of help. Surely that is an essential part of customer service? And please don't say they are not insured to do this - get them trained, get them insured. "
