  " I have used Airparks many times in the past and never had any problems.
  I was pleased when I booked, even though I made an error but used the comments/requests to ask you to change it, that I was able to amend my booking to the correct dates and I was given a refund for the change of one day. To be honest I was expecting some ridiculous £15 amendment charge.
  However, upon my return I scanned my barcode and was informed that the keys were not in the box.
  I went to reception and it was explained that I had returned a day early. The operator was very pleasant about the problem and explained that my car would take about 15 mins to arrive so this was not a problem. Just would have been nice if the dates had been amended. It was a nice sunny day, only 2 of us travelling and not really in a hurry. Might have been different if it was raining and we were a family with children. "

  However when amending booking prior to arrival caused a confusion with the system still having old arrival times. Resulted in car being “collected†early by staff and being left under a tree covered in sticky residue from leaves. Parking seems ok but mixed up booking and arrival times "

  Extremely easy to park, staff most helpful and best of all you get on/off the bus right by the entrance/departure of Luton airport. No hauling suitcases from the carpark.

  " a very impressive and slick operational process you have there. Staff were all very courteous as well given it was silly o clock in the morning.
  Upon return, the cars were all lined up ready and the key box idea is great, no hanging around which is what you want when you arrive ie just get in the car and gone and your service allows that to happen so efficiently - well done, very impressive!! "
