  " Overall the booking, parking and transfer service was very good.
  I think there was a scheduling delay with the bus as it too well over 20 mins from when we arrived at the bus stop for it to arrive and the shelter was already full. But things can go slightly wrong sometimes. The lady who answered the Help phone did contact the driver to find out how long he would be, so that was helpful. "

• Terminal Car Park 1
  " Very convenient for the terminal at Luton airport. However signage from the car park up to the walkway and then across and the back down is not great! We ended up carrying our cases up and down stairs rather than using a poorly signed lift.
  External approach to the main airport building is like a bomb site and has been for some time. When are works scheduled to finish? "
