  " Generally a good experience as usual. However when we arrived around 4am there were a lot of people waiting for the machines and no proper single line queuing system in place. So people who arrived after us ended up depositing their key ahead of us because the couple in front of us in the queue for the particular machine we were waiting happened to be taking ages. There needs to be a one-line queue for busy periods so the next in turn gets to the next available machine, rather then individual queues behind each machine. "

  " Easy to get to, my first time using Airparks so needed help with the procedure but helpful staff there. However I was not happy to see that the person who was parking my car did not know how to use the central locking key. It seems he kept putting the key in the lock and set off the alarm. The alarm was going off for about 5 minutes until someone else had to show him how to use the key. Saw him from the shuttle bus stop! Also when I arrived back to collect my car the window wipers were left up, clearly another person who was not capable of using the controls in a Kia!!! Worrying, they had driven my car! "

  " The whole experience was straight forward and easy. Parked vehicle and walked to building expecting confusion and instead was greeted by two extremely helpful and friendly staff. Returned from holiday, walked into building from bus. Simple to scan ticket, find key and located car from map screen. Would recommend to anyone. A1 service. "
