  " Quick and easy process, pull into a lane register at a terminal, get your key slip number, drop your keys in box number allocated. Then head to bus pick up gor a short wait.
  Simular process on return.
  All in all essy and quiet quick.
  Finally psrking price is decent also. "

  " Ease of parking, did not like on our return very poor routes for passengers getting off the bus, a Airparks employee was just standing their not intrested all, even when a lady with a baby got off he did not offer any assistance at all, the driver got off to assist "

  " The new key retrieval system is much quicker than standing in the queue to speak to someone, although personally, I feel that people should still be accessible to help people out who are unsure of what to do. The guy in front of us couldn't use the system too well and there was no one around (from Airparks) to help him, So I helped him and got him on his way, but I think that this would be the only thing I would ask Airparks to change. "

  " The service is great but I don’t agree with the bus driver sitting in the bus with passengers and doors closed , while customer are still waiting to board the bus but doesn’t let them on , he can see them at the gate so why not let them on , no point to wait for the next bus as he’s not full
