  " Vehicle drop off and collection went smoothly in Slip End but the best part for us was that transfer was to/from the bus pull-in area which is right outside the terminal building and also has shelter rather than the chaotic 10min drop off zone which is now miles from departures (10-15 min walk) and has no shelter at all ! Price for our 7 day trip was also very keen. "

  " The car park was very easy to find and the drop off system was relatively easy and quick. A car park attendant was there to assist, which was very useful. The bus took approximately 15 minutes door to door and it certainly reduced the hassle. However, upon our return we easily got our keys and the screen showed our car was parked in Row A but it was actually in Row N! It took us a bit of time to locate the car and we are unsure why this occurred. I would have scored a 10 if it wasn't for the incorrect pick up details. "
