  " Straight forward process of check-in/out. Reasonable bus transfer schedule. Assistance available (if needed), although I did not need any help. I usually park on Long Stay Luton, but this is really good alternative. Surely will use in the future if price is competitive. "

  " Collecting my car at 2am was easy although it was a good walk from the terminal. Only had 8 minutes left on the ticket and got a bit lost getting out of Car Park 1 - better signs please for tired, ageing travellers. "

  " On our return to Luton we queued at Bay R to wait for the shuttle back to Slip End. During our wait a National Express coach arrived at the adjacent pull in and passengers from that coach had to cut through our queue. "
