  " - Near proximity to home and Luton Airport. Drop off and pick up of car/keys has been considerably automated since my last visit . Car pick up issues were noted: description of park position e.g. Fr8 in my case, is confusing. I went to row F and finally was advised by a staff member that Fr meant front row 8, which I found as directed by staff member.
  At pick up I noted that the rear off-side of the car was considerably mud spattered, which I felt should have been at least washed off before pick-up. "

  " Quick, easy, no hassle. Pull up in a lane, take key in to lobby to print out label, drop key in box & go get on shuttle bus.
  Come back, go to collection point with barcode receipt from when you dropped key off & scan it, collect key from box, go get car & drive away.
  I don’t know if that is how it always is but it was quick & easy & smooth transitions for us so really would recommend it. "
