  " Easy to locate.. easy to book and the fact I could change the vehicle details anytime is a really big plus.
  A couple of negatives, the inside of my windscreen must've been wiped down as it had water marks and needed cleaning also my street parking permit was on the floor and had been taken out of it's wallet.. this could've been lost and I could've been fined had I not realised.. it's a real shame because other than that the service was excellent!! "

  " Parking at the airport was efficient. However we waited nearly one hour at Luton for our bus to collect us with no explanation or apology from the driver when she eventually arrived. We could have flown back to Paris in the time we waited. "

  " Very little! I was told upon phoning to arrange collection that my car would be at least 25 minutes. Twenty minutes later after standing in the freezing cold a minibus arrived to say that my car had still not been dispatched as there were no drivers available. I was then taken by minibus to my car in the Hampton Hotel car park! I could have paid half the price for an offsite service RUBBISH "
