  " Ease of booking, price, ease of parking. Helpfulness of staff from checkin to bus drivers especially when one of our party fell and the driver helped with the cases.
  Getting my car valeted although a little disappointed with the boot because there were black bags in it with rotting plant material and they had just been hoovered round consequently they spread more leavers about. I do understand however that it is difficult to kow what is rubbish and what is not. "
