  " We had a problem with our car when we arrived back at hrs in the morning and had to use the RAC who took 6 hours to get someone out. The staff at your facility were absolutely brilliant at letting us (three of us including A very tired 13 year old) wait in the office area , supplied us with coffe and drinks and support. We’d very much appreciate if you could pass on our heartfelt thanks for all there help. "

  " on arrival, we were greeted and given clear instructions.
  on our arrival back to the airport, the bus arrived within 10 mins -( though others had probably called before us)
  only niggle, where we parked our car the exit instructions were not very clear, especially when arriving after a night flight! "

  " Handing in the car and being transferred to and from the airport was painless. The only negative is I put my car in to be valeted, they never cleaned a round the mirrors, and missed the dirt build up above the hatchback door when cleaning. But as I say for parking e.t.c it was good, I have used them at least twice a year. "
