  " On arriving back to our car having been away for 2 weeks our cars hand break had seized up. A very helpful man who drove the bus came and helped and he managed to help us get the car moving again! We didn’t manage to catch his name but it was on the 10th October just after 10pm. A massive thank you for all the help. "

  " Comfortable reception area but you need to improve your timing in picking up passengers at arrivals and devise a more efficient way than pen and paper for passenger lists. No other pick up firm we have ever used have asked for names. We waited 20 minutes for the bus back and as you have the times of flights and presumably the arrivals list don’t see why you can’t have vehicle there within minutes. Quicker response at Newcastle and Edinburgh. "

  " Done in through the automatic gate and parked car. Visited reception to let them know I was there, you keep you own car keys. Bus picked up within 5 mins and was at the airport 5 minutes later.
  Phoned to arrange pick up on return when I landed and bus was there within 10 mins. Picked up car and drove out the automatic gate. Easy.
  Very easy and hastle free.
  I'd recommend Park n fly. "

  " The process was seamless from start to finish. Booked online after reading positive reviews and wasn't disappointed. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Bus was waiting to take us to terminal when we arrived and when we got back was there just a few minutes after calling to advise we were back. No problems,great service. "
