  " Very quick and easy service, though disappointing that you only go above and beyond for customers willing to pay for it - i.e. parking someone's car for them costs a fiver and driving the car to the airport for the customer costs even more. I'd be more impressed if the company offered these things as standard rather than just giving excellent service to those with money. "

  " The location at Glasgow was easy to find. Reception staff were welcoming, polite and informative. Bus transportation to the terminal was immediate because we were the only ones to be conveyed and the return arrangements were clearly explained at the drop off point. The return arrangements worked every bit as well. After 5 minutes wait, the bus arrived. We were conveyed back t the park, given clear instructions on how to exit, which we adered to, and were in our vehicle and heading home very quickly indeed. A first rate service, in my opinion and experience. "

  " Flight delayed and kept car till next day at no extra charge. They even picked us up at a hotel where we stayed because of tiredness, rather than us go back to the terminal. Excellent Service. "
