  " How easy it was to find the park,once there we were quickly dealt with by the receptionist who wisely advised us that due to the time our flight arrived back into Glasgow that for a nominal extra cost we could have the car brought to the airport which was far easier for us to continue our homeward journey. "

  " There was no part of the process I would rate higher than another. In other words the designer and those who executed the process know precisely what the user requires. However, I would have preferred not to receive the follow up promos about overnighting in Glasgow. While I am aware that I could have stopped the promo messages I did not want to cancel the 'contact' in case I missed an important message about parking the vehicle. . "
