  " I have used ParkSafe on a number of occasions and are generally happy with the service. We were greeted on arrival by a very helpful and friendly receptionist and thereafter parked our car nearby. On board the transport to the airport we found the driver both cheerful and courteous and most importantly, a good safe driver. Our journey was both smooth and relaxing and appreciated by both myself and my wife.
  Sadly, the eternal trip was a different story. An unexplained delay in our transport arriving resulted in one couple who had waited longer than us, bemoaning the drivers behaviour. Our luggage was bundled into the transporter and when returned to us one case was badly squashed, presumably due to other heavier bags being packed on top of it. We had the feeling the driver was in a rush and sure enough, once under way he drove with no consideration to passenger comfort, taking bends at speed and at one roundabout pulled an emergency stop, propelling his passengers forward uncomfortably.
  I cannot mark the service on this occasion any higher, perhaps I am overly generous, and I would be unsure as to using ParkSafe in the future. Everyone wants to get home after travelling abroad, but we want it to be done safely. "
