  " We were booked in for 8 nights but decided at the last minute to travel up to the airport the night before which had not been pre-booked in the original booking. When I went on the website to change the booking this could not be done because, as it is stipulated, no changes can be made on line within the 24 hour period of arrival. I therefore telephoned the number given and without hesitation this was done in an instant. No problem. "
