  " Close to airport , on the way to and from the airport we could not go any faster which made the trip very uncomfortable, we had to hold as we felt we were getting thrown about.when we got on the bus I put my luggage in the wrong place, the driver picked up the luggage and through them into cargo holder on the other side of the bus.

  " Close proximity and ability to walk straight in to airport
  I did not appreciate not being advised of major building works and alterations to car park area
  And the subsequent messing around in Newly laid out temporary lanes and the confusion these caused
  This was made more annoying as my vehicle was a large pick up truck and is not as manoeurable
  As our smaller car which would have been used were we privy to this disruption in advance.
  I have used parking here before without issue so a bit of communication could have avoided the
  Hassle
  The result of alterations meant fewer spaces and more time looking for them and the resulting lift from upper level car park "

  " The ease of the entire process from booking, greeting, parking, collecting, leaving and of course the price. Staff were calm, confident and informative. Facilities clean. Waiting time for outward and return coach were short and assistance given was very much appreciated. I should like however, to make only one comment re signage at terminal bus stop (confusing?), it suggests that you should be at bus stop 4 when you have already been given a ticket indicating 5, we, like others asked to be sure but it could improved upon or made more clear. Service overall excellent. "
