  " Excellent service, on our bus back from the airport some girls had got on the wrong bus the driver asked if any of the other passengers minded if we took a short diversion to the car park where the girls were parked. Then when we got to our car it would not start, one of the guys gave my car a jump start. Excellent service thanks to you all "

  " Easy to book. Short bus ride to Airport Terminal. Very good 'in out arrangement' on arrival. All in all a very slick process. Only minor problem was locating a space as car park was very full when I arrived. "

  " The parking and pick up of your car if it's raining you are wet before you start your journey same on pick up we arrived at 1:30 in morning it was better when your car was ready waiting at reception for you we have used this car park for a long time through all the different name changes etc.. "

  " Was great going to the Airport but coming back was not good ,we phoned and nobody came for half an hour we were told to stand at number 5 when the bus eventually turned up it stopped at 4 so we went from being in front of the line to being last on bus was really disappointed !! "

  " 05.55 in the morning. Arrived and could not get past barrier despite pressing help button continually, flashing my lights and tooting my horn. Eventually let in and found a parking space. I was about to go on the shuttle bus when I was called to the office and told my car was not recognised although I had a booking reference and confirmation.
  Spent 10 minutes waiting for this to be manually logged on the computer. Then sat on the bus and waited a further 10 minutes as some other people appeared to have an issue and spent time in the office. Eventually arrived at the airport some 35 minutes after arriving at the car park. Obviously a new venture that needs to iron out the problems. I must say that the car park is tarmacademmed and well lit. Will think twice before using again even if they are the cheapest. "
