  " No hassles, took the stress out of going away, much more cost affective than parking in the airport and when our flight was delayed by an hour, we simply walked out the door and your courteous and helpful driver was waiting to take our cases and store them for us before dropping us off at our car.

• Direct parking
  " Being allocated a parking space is an excellent idea when car park is busy. There were loads of parking spaces nearer the office where you are picked up by the bus but I was allocated a space a good distance away, passing loads of empty spaces along the way. I was travelling during really bad weather, car park was flooded in an lot of places which I had to walk through to get the bus. Better organisation of your allocation of parking during off peak season would be much better. "

  " Close to airport. Better lighting would be good especially the bus stop numbers. Could the driver call out the bus stop number ? Wouldn't like to be arriving on my own as its so badly lit. "

  " I parked at Parkfast and was very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail of any member of staff I came in contact with. Not only being courteous and friendly but going as far as making sure everyone was delivered safely to their destination, This extended to helping with bags and helping to carry sleeping children's buggies at a late drop off. Overall I would thoroughly recommend! "
