The transfer drivers are also a credit to your company, polite and cheery, even though I assume their job must be quite tedious and a bit monotonous at times. Excellent service all round. "

  " Honestly I probably won't use direct parking again. Although slightly cheaper than other options I had to wait too long for the bus on my return. At the end of a long journey minutes is too long to wait for a transfer. Because I had to leave a message on an answering machine to say I had arrived, I had no idea during that time if the message had been received. "

  " The process was so simple and stress free with barely any waiting time for transfers. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Service is also affordable, particularly when factoring against Taxi costs to and from the airport, if you were to leave the car at home. I will definitely be using this service again and recommending to friends "

  " Bus was waiting on our return at airport but our actual car park was changed less than 2 weeks before departure despite having booked many months in advance and being regular customers. The car park could be better maintained,ie grass cut. "

  " Was a very smooth operation.Buses available on time.No waiting.Improved parking tremendously by not allocating a parking space when you check in.Previous system of being allocated a space was a very bad idea. Not practical. "

  " Price was competitive, car park was easy to find & booking in process was excellent, bus waiting when I arrived & short / reasonable transfer time. Only downside was pick up & transfer from the airport back to the car-park, had to ring a couple of times & wait quite a while (probably minutes or so from the first call I made). "
