  " The service was excellent, but the place is a dump, I was told to go to the blue zone, it was totally flooded, not like when air parks had this place before, surfacing needs upgrading, why does the mini bus not take you to your car? "

  " We were stuck in Florida due to the recent hurricane and were 3 days late collecting our car. Very impressed with the service from NCP, much better than we received from the airline and hotel. Will always use this car park in the future.

  " I enjoyed the ease of the process. You book it, you turn up, park your car anywhere, jump on the transfer bus and do the same coming back. Good ,quick transfers and secure parking. "

  " Secure parking complex, very busy so took some cruising around to locate a space right at the back. Transfer bus runs about every 15 mins. Bus is not ideally designed for easily stowing heavy luggage (back breaking to get on the racks, I recommend standing in the central exit area). Overall, no real problems, have used in the past and will again. "

  What I did not appreciate was having my booking transferred to Skyport for no stated reason and not being refunded the difference of parking fees between the two parks as I could have booked Skyport for less money had I chosen that site originally. "

  " Very easy, used park n fly, just parked our car and let the staff know inside. On arrival back we just had to phone them to let them know we had arrived back in GLA, bus came for us, off the bus and straight bavk into our car as were able to keep keys, very quick and easy process. Also secure parking. "

  " Really liked this airport parking but the only negative is there was a wait for the buses. It says they take 5 minutes and come when needed, but it was a while leaving the parking. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry - if we had been, the slowness of the buses would've stressed us out. On our return we waited for the bus for a lot longer than 5 minutes, and then when it arrived it sat at the airport for a little while too. It was midnight and we had 2 infants so really would've liked to get back to our car sooner! We'd still use this company in the future though (as we've had much worse experiences at other airport parking) "
