  " Great service and easy to park securely. Bus to and from airport clean, efficient and with helpful drivers.
  Main criticism is that signage to find Direct Parking car park was non-existant until you're virtually at the car park so time wasted trying to find location. Not everyone has satnav. "

  " Parking was easy but getting out in dark a bit awkward.
  I had my car valleted and was promised the stain in the back seat would be cleaned but although the car was ok the seat was not done "

  " 10 minutes after parking the bus arrived but took another 30 minutes before being dropped off at the airport as the bus was busy. Very frustrating when he picked me up at the bus stop at the front of the long stay the driver then went back round the car park to pick up more people who had just arrived. "

  " The car park was very full, and it wasn't peak holiday time, but there were a few spaces. The car park surface was quite uneven and a little over grown in places which had lead to huge puddles (lakes) of water which in the dark with luggage was a bit of a pain. On a positive, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the buses were quick, regular and comfortable. Could be a little cheaper. "

  " The car park was convenient and easy to find. It was extremely busy and we had to park in an overflow yard. Unfortunately, the parking areas were not tarred making it difficult to pull fully loaded suitcases. The bus stops had poor signage/lighting at night and during the rain. "
