  " Easy to park and everything ran smoothly. On the return journey (at night) it is not very clear where you are and it would be helpful if the driver stopped at each bus stop announcing which one you were at. As it was, we saw bus stop 3 but by the time we saw it and pressed for the driver to stop he had sailed past it! We had to walk back. Just a simple thing but it would make the whole process a lot better. "

  " We arrived at the barrier at the exact time we had given for our car to be parked. The barrier refused to open. Eventually after a long wait for the telephone to be answered we were dispensed with a token for our departure home. Then the barrier lifted. Surprisingly we used the token on our return from holiday and the barrier lifted.
  Surprising yes because the last time we were given a token the barrier refused to lift. At midnight we had extreme difficulty to raise any help. Again after a long time the bus came along and the driver helped us. This wait to leave was in excess of 20 minutes. Not a happy situation and certainly improvements can be made. "
