  " The parking was good value & easy to use. We would suggest better signage in the car park as once we had parked we were unsure where to catch the bus as there was no-one around to ask . This was in Jet 2 car park. Only a minor point as everything else was fine & we would use again. "

  " Easy access to the airport. However had used Airparks at Gatwick many times, this at East Midlands not so good. Huge car park, parking on stones so wheeling cases not easy, boarding bus on return (bendy bus) not set up for all the big suitcases many people had. Dark, no announcements or screens to show which car park you were at, so anxious about where to alight. Could be much improved. "
