  " On arrival was easy to access and park. Shuttle buses were modern and was kept informed when approaching next stop. Although the number plate was not recognised on exit just a simple intercom conversation was required. Would like to see more lights around the exit barrier control panel as it was difficult to see instructions in the dark. "

  " This is the second time of using meet and greet at East Midlands.The first time the car came back covered in bird muck and the second time looked like it had been in a car rally. You need to store the vehicles better,apart from this the service was very good. "

• Meet and Greet
  " When we arrived at the airport we were directed to our parking bay and went into the meet & greet office. Our check in was handled speedily and professionally dealt with and we made the short walk to the Airport check in.
  On arrival back in the UK we went to pick up our car keys, again this was dealt with efficiently. We were told where our car was parked and we were on our way home. We have used Airparks meet and greet several times and never had any problems. I would certainly recommend to anyone. "
