  " First time I have used you in my car , was easier to find than I thought , quicker than I thought , easier and quicker to pick the car up than I thought , and the staff had a sense of humour which I appreciated.
  I am going to use you every time I drive now , so close to the terminal .
  We booked the escape lounge this year and check in was quick so East Midlands was good all round . Went Birmingham last year - never again .
