  " No problem with access, but only one operator manning incoming barrier, meaning a slight delay. Easy booking in, although slightly understaffed. No delay on return and access to car was easy. "

  " It’s always so easy and drop off is great .
  Only one problem.
  It may be better to mark bus stops “long stay and Jet parksâ€at arrivals separately as about 8 of us jumped on the long stay one believing it went to both as signage on stop says !
  We all did the full tour of long stay and driver then took us back to arrivals as he explained they are two different buses .

  " The convenience of the location, however, the shuttle bus did break down a couple of times on the return. Needed a re-set I think it was to due to hydraulics, just the doors kept opening and closing each time we stopped. Not great when you just want to get home! "
