  " Everything went well until I realised that I’d made a mistake regarding the time we arrived home. I tried to amend the booking but couldn’t find any number to sort out the problem so had to sort it at 3am at the machine on exit. Would be a lot better if this could have been sorted before we got to the barrier, other than that I was quite happy. "

  " Everything went well. On arrival at Jetparks 2 at East Midlands Airport the barrier opened automatically. Found a space to park even though the car park was fairly full. The bus arrived within 10 minutes. Short ride to the terminal.
  On return at 2:30am there was a bus waiting to take people back to the car park. Short ride to the car park and again the barrier opened automatically and let us out. No problems. "
