  " All ok until trying to exit the car park 10 cars in front of us all having problems getting out when we reached the barrier had to press attention button for ages then greeted by a short sharp toned receptionist - took us 30 minutes in total we use jet parks often 4 times a year but will looks for alternatives when we travel to Rhodes from East Midlands in October "

  " Arrived back to airport Kate as flight delayed to find no answer on the help button and had to pay £20 by card to get out the car park!
  Quite annoyed about not having s person to speak to and the charge for being 3 hours hate us very excessive!
