  " I use your meet and greet service 3-4 times a year
  I have always found your system and your staff give a great service
  My only concern is the price as it’s not quite as competitive for myself only living 35 mins away as it used to be . With other options that are available.
  However I do like the fact that I don’t after really on any one else apart from my self to get to your hub and then your staff take over .
  So I guess you will keep my business .
  One thought though is you give a little discount for reusing your service if it’s only once a year so regular customer as my self maybe could get a higher discount for using your services at our 2nd return then 3rd then 4th in a 12 month period.

  I found it quite disappointing that on my return East Midlands carcpark would allow customer to park in non designated bays in this instance right over a dropped kerb which caused me inconvenience to when hauling two heavy suitcases. "
