  " Welcome greeting by name on arrival, nice personal touch, and parking was straight forward. On return collection of keys was swift. Only problem was locating car to leave plenty of signs but not with our number on. "

  " As far as we are concerned everything concerning parking worked out well. Airparks also dealt efficiently with our telephone request to move forward our arrival time a few hours when we notified them of a new estimated arrival time a few days previously. The only downside was that the carpark we used (Long stay 1) could have been sign posted better from the main approach road at EMA and it was not easy to position our car in one the last few spaces available when we arrived. Hence almost a score of 10. "
