  " The whole process was about as straight forward as it could have been, from booking via the internet through to actually finding the parking area. Number plate recognition worked both on entry and exit (the first time ever when we have used such parking facilities) but I have one unfortunate gripe (not your fault but possibly not mine either, just mis-judgement). I initially parked with the front of my vehicle passing over a kerbstone edge. Without realising, the kerbstone was slightly higher than others and it was only when I reversed the vehicle that this became evident (dramatically) as it ripped off the bumper underskirt on my car. Utterly annoying/frustrating but it's going to cost me quite a lot to have it repaired. All I can say is that around the perimeter of your parking area, there is a line of kerbstones that I wish hadn't been there !! "

  " once i had found the correct lane to get into meet and greet parking area found the staff to be very friendly parking was easy also on my return car was not parked to far away which was a help to my wife as she has problems with walking any great distance "
