Bus stop could be a little larger as it was raining and not everyone able to stay covered to be dry which is annoying when travelling on holiday you don't want to start with wet clothes! Transfer buses run regularly albeit they drive fast and brake many times for no reason making the journey very bumpy and jolts! "

  " Whilst the arrival instructions were good and the car park ideal, there was a problem on our return. According to your instructions we were to wait at the initial drop off point to be picked up by the transport bus. All of the car parks have been re-numbered and we were left standing at the bus stop for half an hour. We went back to the enquiry office to be told that long stay 4 is now long stay 1 and should be boarded at the bus shelter outside the terminal. Perhaps you should re-edit your instructions. "

  " Easy booking process. Found the car park procedure easy and no problems in finding a parking space. Walking distance to the terminals. Issue of a location map may help with locating car park particularly when returning back in the dark, also area for you to write down which row you left your car. "

  " Very easy to find - no problems getting in or out of the car park barriers. Just small point (I realise work is being done) on exiting the car park, the road appears to go straight on but this leads to a dead end, we did a u-turnand several people were finding the same thing "

  " I put a 5. I wouldn't have thought that was something to celebrate. The signs were rubbish. The location of the car park had changed since my previous visit a year ago. I booked a car park that didn't need a shuttle but ended up same car park number but a long shuttle bus away. Only reasonable thing is the price and could find a good space. I would use airports again as you have been great on previous trips, but I really hope things are sorted next time. Quite disappointing compared with how the car park at ema used to be. "
