  " The driver who was on shift Saturday 8th July between the hours of and hours; was so rude to the wife and I. We were the only holiday passengers on the bus. He drove like a maniac refusing to listen to where we were trying to explain our stop point. He refused to give his name. Wore a black wrist support. Told us that he was the only individual with common sense. My wife was very distraught due to suffering with anxiety. I will certainly be sharing our appalling experience with fellow customers. "
