  " Once at the car park entry, transit to the airport is straightforward. Return to the airport and exit also straightforward. However, the map for East Midlands Airport is poor. It is easy to take a wrong turn and having to pay because there is nowhere to turn around to try to find the correct route to the car park. "

  " Number plate recognition actually working! Plenty of car spaces and buses regular and in clean condition.
  Only gripe (forgot when I gave the 10 rating) was the little roadside board on the grass saying turn left for Jet Parks parking. You get into the short stay etc. lanes before you know it and I had to reverse back out (as did one other motorist). "

  " I like the fact that you just Park up and go, no checking in and on return you just go to your car and drive away.
  What I didn't enjoy was the instructions on how to find the Jetparks 1&2 , very confusing and we added a 4 mile round trip to find the place - as did the car in front of us too (so wasn't just us) "

  " Fast efficient and very helpful friendly staff made our experience a pleasure.
  Nothing was to much effort for the staff at Nottingham EMA. I had purchased goods to be collected upon return and they weren't there 😩 But the meet and greet staff went above and beyond to get the error ( which wasn't of their making ! ) sorted. I would definitely recommend and use them again. ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ˜€ "
