  " The outgoing journey was fine at 1pm in the afternoon. The incoming journey was very poor at 1am in the morning as we waited in a large queue in very cold conditions when a flexi-bus eventually arrived it was every person for themselves as people crushed to get on. It was packed and people were treated like cattle with no apparent supervision. "
