  " I replied on 19/10/17 regarding my experience and have had no feedback from yourselves so I shall submit my comments again in case they have been overlooked or lost. On return from my trip on 16/10/17 I tried to exit the carpark several times with the 'chip' provided. This did not work and, despite the fact that I had pre-booked and prepaid, a message that I had to pay £55 or some similar amount was repeatedly displayed on the screen. At this point at least 2 vehicles were impatiently queuing behind me.I called the assistance button and after an unusually long wait a monotone voice went through the motions of allowing me to exit. This has happened before but on this occasion it was particularly disappointing which is why I am bringing it to your attention. I have been using your service for many years and will continue to do so but unfortunately on this occasion I feel moved to comment on my most recent experience. I feel that if it was an inexperienced or elderly traveller then it may have caused them unnecessary concern. Please accept my comments as constructive criticism rather than a complaint.
